We have staff who are experienced in all aspects of sewer and watermain installation, from a basic house service to substantial commercial and subdivision developments.

At the residential level SiteEx Inc. provides the home owner with topsoil stripping and grading, driveway construction, basement excavation and backfill, as well as sanitary and water services.

On a larger scale SiteEx Inc. provides complete site services for commercial and industrial projects.

Our work includes:

Earthworks

SiteEx Inc. can look after your stripping and earthmoving needs from 500 cubic meters to 50,000 cubic meters. With our GPS survey equipment we can help you balance your cut/fill requirements. Our fleet of heavy machinery including excavators, loaders, dozers and trucks will complete your earth work requirements (clean fill, contaminated spoil, topsoil, engineered fill).

Road Works including Trenching, Fill and Placing of Sub-Grade

SiteEx Inc. is experienced in road construction from commercial site access and parking lots to residential streets. Our capable staff and suppliers make certain that the aggregate, curb/sidewalk work and asphalt surfacing meet municipal standards.

Septic Systems - Residential to Commercial

SiteEx Inc. has a long history of involvement in septic system design and septic installation.

Our group installs residential systems as well as large industrial and commercial systems (such as the Blue Heron Casino in Port Perry).

SiteEx Inc. Uxbridge Inc. has embraced GPS technology since its inception realizing that the most important aspect of this new technology was in the accurate preparation of data.

All models are developed from a construction layout point of view utilizing surveying standards. Models are produced from profiles and typical sections allowing for confirmation of design.
